How to Apply - Step by Step

1Inquiry & Campus Visit

  • Meeting with academic coordinator
  • Prospectus and admission form
  • Fee structure details

2Application Submission

What to do:

  • Fill admission application form (online or offline)
  • Submit required documents (see list below)
  • Pay application fee (₹500 - non-refundable)
Online Application:
  • Fill form on website
  • Upload scanned documents
  • Pay online via UPI/Net Banking
  • Receive application number via email

  • Collect form from school office
  • Submit filled form with documents
  • Pay by cash/DD at school office
  • Receive acknowledgment slip

3Interaction & Assessment

For Pre-KG to Grade II:

  • Informal interaction with child
  • Parent meeting with academic coordinator

For Grades III to VIII:

  • Informal assessment (age-appropriate)
  • Parent-teacher interaction
  • Previous school performance review

For Grades IX to XI:

  • Entrance assessment in core subjects
  • Interview with principal
  • Stream selection counseling (for Grade XI)

Purpose: Not to reject but to understand child's current level and plan appropriate support

4Admission Confirmation

What to do:

  • Receive admission offer letter
  • Pay admission fees within 7 days
  • Submit original documents for verification
  • Receive admission confirmation

You'll receive:

  • Admission confirmation letter
  • Fee receipt
  • Student ID card (within 2 weeks)
  • Uniform details and book list
  • Academic calendar and parent handbook

Required Documents

For All Grades:

  1. Birth Certificate (original + 2 photocopies)
  2. Aadhar Card of student (photocopy)
  3. Recent Passport Photos - 4 nos. of student
  4. Blood Group Certificate (from registered medical practitioner)
  5. Parent/Guardian ID Proof (Aadhar/Passport/Driving License - photocopy)
  6. Address Proof (Ration card/Electricity bill/Aadhar - photocopy)
  7. Community Certificate (if applicable, for fee concession)

For Grades I and Above:

  1. Previous Grade Report Card/Mark Sheet (original + 2 photocopies)

For Transfer Students:

  1. Transfer Certificate from previous school (original)
  2. Conduct Certificate from previous school

For Grade XI Admissions:

  1. Grade X Board Exam Mark Sheet (original + 2 photocopies)
  2. Grade X Transfer Certificate (original)

Important: Keep all original documents ready. Photocopies will be attested and originals returned.
